Insurance and Licensing The Mobile Pet Grooming Company is solely responsible for maintaining all necessary insurance coverage and licenses required by the state and local authorities to operate their mobile pet grooming services. 2. Service Quality and Customer Respect The Mobile Pet Grooming Company agrees to provide all services with a high level of quality and respect for all customers serviced through the Groomeer platform. 3. Booking Fulfillment The Mobile Pet Grooming Company is obligated to fulfill all bookings received through the Groomeer app promptly. In the event that a booking cannot be fulfilled, the Mobile Pet Grooming Company must promptly contact the customer to reschedule the service or notify Groomeer, LLC for reassignment to another service provider. 4. Customer Information Confidentiality All customer information obtained through the Groomeer platform is considered private and confidential. The Mobile Pet Grooming Company is prohibited from sharing or disclosing customer information to any third party or another company. 5. Customer Relationship The Mobile Pet Grooming Company is expected to maintain a positive and professional relationship with all customers to ensure a superior business experience. 6. Payment of Invoices If the Mobile Pet Grooming Company opts to pay invoices directly to Groomeer, LLC rather than using Stripe, they are obligated to make these payments every Monday for services rendered. 7. Platform Fee Groomeer, LLC charges a platform fee of 5% on top of the Mobile Pet Grooming Company's service fees for all bookings processed through the Groomeer platform. 8. Responsible Platform Usage The Mobile Pet Grooming Company agrees to use the Groomeer platform with integrity and responsibility, charging customers the full price for services and refraining from imposing any additional fees. 9. Termination of Services If the Mobile Pet Grooming Company decides to terminate its services with Groomeer, LLC, they must provide a 30-day notice and settle any pending invoices or outstanding commissions by the last day of software usage. 10. Non-Compete Clause The Mobile Pet Grooming Company is prohibited from sharing, replicating, or emulating the features or capabilities of the Groomeer LLC platform, both during and after the term of this Agreement, subject to legal action if violated. 11. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) The Mobile Pet Grooming Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including but not limited to software, processes, and business strategies, shared by Groomeer, LLC. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the term of this Agreement.
